Accommodations
The Nonsuch 30 has an incredible amount of space below – equivalent to some 36ft boats! At the base of the companionway is a “L” shaped settee to starboard with a dining table and a single settee to port. The dining table may be lowered to enable the starboard settee to become a double berth.
At the aft end of the port settee is the navigation desk with electrical panels. At the forward end is the “L” shaped large galley. Opposite the galley is the head compartment with a separate shower section.
Forward of the galley is the owners cabin with a double Pullman style berth to port with vanity opposite.
The whole accommodations are cooled and heated via a 16,000 BTU air reverse-cycle air conditioner

Brokers comments
The Practical Boat Buyer review of the Nonsuch 30 includes the following description:
Tacking requires no yelling, releasing of sheets, cranking, tailing or trimming. The helmsman simply says “I think we’ll tack” and gives the wheel a quarter turn being careful not to upset his Mt. Gay and tonic. Nonsuch quietly slides through about 85 degrees and settles on the other tack with a minimum of fuss”.
And having sailed aboard this particular boat I can attest to this! Breezing Up has been sailed and cared for by her experienced owners but who are now ready to pass her on to you!
