I grew up pleasure sailing and racing sailboats on Galveston Bay and truly love any activity around the water. As a partner at Higgins, Smythe & Hood Yachts, I’m able to introduce many to the advantages of a coastal lifestyle--- whether it’s using the boat as a weekend condo, racing in the local races, or sailing to the Caribbean. I’m also involved in Junior and Women’s sailing and believe that boating is one of the most challenging and rewarding sports.
