Eagle 53 Trawler

The first of the new Eagle 53’s is now being built in the Transpascific yard. This exciting new model will be built to the robust standards of all Eagle Trawlers but with twin engines it will cruise at over 15 knots.

  • Hull = Solid laminate using vinylester resin in external layers and fitted with internal FRP grid
  • House & deck = FRP laminated with structural coring as required
  • Non-skid decks (teak optional)
  • Propulsion engines = (Twin) 220 Hp. Cummins Diesels, model 6BT5.9m. (Larger engines optional)
  • Fuel lines-flexible hose U.S.COAST GUARD approved

  • Molded FRP airfoil rudders with stainless steel stocks and cores
  • Two station hydraulic steering
